Bonnie Schneider appears as a meteorologist on CNN, HLN and other platforms. Also, she's the on-camera expert as well as co-executive producer for an upcoming TV show on the DIY NETWORK known as THE LAST HOUSE STANDING which debuted on March 30th 2012. Bonnie's first book is EXTREME WEATHER, which was published by Palgrave Macmillan on January 31 of 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. As a Boston-based special assignment reporter, she was reported on three times a week on lifestyle, entertainment and news. She worked for WFOR-TV as a weekend meteorologist before joining WB56. She was employed in a variety of posts in meteorology and reporting within News 12 Long Island - a 24-hour news cable network as well as WXII-TV, the NBC affiliate station in Winston-Salem. While in New York City, she worked as a fill-in meteorologist for The Saturday Early Show for CBS.
